The Pope Resigning In April 2012?

I just read an article that the Pope may resign in the April of 2012. The now 84 year old Pope commented, he may not have the physical, mental and psychological capacity to carry out the necessary duties.

There’s been extreme pressure due to the attacks and controversies related to the pedophile priests scandal over the last few years. And, I’m sure we are not hearing half of it! It’s been clear, many years ago, Pope Benedict made some of the most controversial decisions when he penned and signed a letter warning the clergy to keep quiet about the now highly publicized child abuse cases. This letter, I’m sure, has been a thorn in the Vatican’s side for a while. The transferring of clergy from parish to parish, only tells us the dysfunction that lie in the top levels of the Catholic Church that continue today. The thousands of children these clergy damaged, on the watch of our now Pope, something no one expected to encounter, coming from those who were appointed to be religious role models and who indirectly proclaimed a myth to be closer to God than their parishioners. What we found were men who needed severe psychiatric help. And what we know now, we are all just as close to God.

What 85 year old wants the huge responsibility of overseeing one of the largest institutions of the world? Who, at that age, wants authority of Catholic doctrinal belief, to interpret natural law, wants to lead missions and create Catholic Universities? Do you know that every Pope writes encyclicals, apostolic letters, gives endless speeches and celebrates Mass every day? What? Are we tired yet? And at the current age of 84, who has such energy?

I’m not done yet! The Pope appoints bishops and cardinals. Also, he’s the chief legislator for the Church. He oversees the creation of dioceses and religious orders. The Pope also issues censures as punishments for those who are found guilt of violating the Code of Canon Law? What? Does this also apply to him?

At this point I want to take a nap. Guess what, I’m not done!!!!

The Pope is the director of Catholic celebration and head of the Church government. He directs how Mass is to be celebrated and so on. The Pope also beatify individuals and canonize saints.

I’m worn out and won’t write any more duties of this now 84 year old man.

Is Benidict the last Pope or will there be one more?

Stay tuned in!

Mr Buey And The Grain Of Rice

Six years ago I had a hot lunch business for children, in a Catholic School. Part of the of the parents obligation was to serve a certain amount of hours in the school. And part of the service was to assist in the cafeteria. Many Vietnamese families had children in this school. Mr Buey was a grandparent who gave his time because his children worked and couldn’t volunteer. Mr Buey was a gentle man with a big smile. I enjoyed him immensely! In fact, I enjoyed many of the parents who really made my job easier and each volunteer was greatly appreciated.

One day we were serving a chicken and rice dish. It was quite busy! I ran around to get the food cooked and ready to serve. The parents job was to serve the meal and help clean up. Mr Buey always wanted to do the clean up, which included scrubbing the huge pots. He also helped me carry the giant pots filled with food to an area away from the gas commercial stove, which was easier to serve. One day, I noticed Mr Buey standing by the wash area, sort of hymotized staring into one of the large pots. I walked over and asked him if I could answer a question and he looked up and said, ” Are you throwing away this rice?” I looked into the pot and at the bottom were tiny grains of rice that were bunched up,but it wasn’t a significant amount. I looked at Mr Buey and said, “Well, yes, there’s not much in there.” Mr Buey proceeded to tell me there were many straving people all over the world that would give their right hand for this rice.” I was taken back and didnt know what to say. Mr Buey continued talking. “Do you know in Vietman, when I was younger, I was one of those people.” I began feeling the pain that seemed to be still burried within him. He began taking rice out of the pot and placing it in his mouth. It looked like he was savoring every grain of rice. I held the space for this grandfather and stayed present for Mr Buey to finish his story. I have never experienced something like this and it left me with such a hole in my heart, I was moved by the experience.

Mr Buey, where ever you are in this small world, thank you for this valuable experience! You touched my heart deeply! Many, in America, cannot grasp this very real reality. To witness and be called to attention was something I hold close.

Where Were You During 911?

Here we’re approaching a pivotal time in the U.S and even the world. 911 effected everyone, everywhere! Where were you when the buildings in New York began crashing down, in the early morning hours that fateful day? I can bet everyone knows that question? I was at home, in bed, when my phone rang, which was unusual for that early in the morning. I sat up in bed, I wondered, who and why is calling at this hour? It was my daughter. She was whispering something, I could barely hear her and asked her to speak up, while I tried to focus after being startled awake by the ring of my loud phone. “Mom, turn on your T.V. There’s been a terrible accident in New York City.” I sat up taller. “What? What are you talking about? Where are you?” My daughter paused. ” I’m in San Francisco, on the run way. All planes have been ordered to ground and wait for further instructions.” At that moment, I had my remote in hand and pointed it at my T.V. There before me, I witnessed the second tower being demolished by a airliner. I got up out of bed as I held my phone tightly to my ear and screamed to my daughter. “Oh my God. An airliner just hit a large building in New Your City. This doesn’t look real! What in the world is going on?” This is all I remember of this conversation. I waited for my daughter that same evening as she asked if she could stay with me. The next 3 days we watched T.V. non stop as she had flight attendant friends, who were flying that fateful day and she couldn’t get a hold of a few. Wha’ts so scary, my daughter was suppose to be back east that day but switched her assignment as it was her birthday, the day before and didn’t want to be a way for the two days assigned. I wondered for a moment and let it go quickly!

People magazine came out with a segment this last week interviewing a group of individuals who lost loved ones in this tragedy. I read heart wrenching stories that brought tears to my eyes.

So much info has come out about this horrific day and many things do not make sense. I feel we have been lied to and the truth is coming out slowly. I believe much of this could of been stopped. We are in the era of things coming to the surface. This too will make it through and I think many will be shocked. I heard and read about a group of 1500 engineers and architects who have studied 911 and have found compelling evidence, something is definitely terribly wrong with this picture. I believe its Architects and Engineers for 911 truth. Amazing stuff they’ve found!

I send prayers to the many people who suffered during this terrible wake up call!
