Saint Mother Teresa and the U.S. postal stamp

What wonderful news to hear Mother Teresa’s image going to be on one of our U.S. postal stamps. Will we hear the Vatican announce her sainthood next? We hope so. It’s been long enough, hasn’t it? Saint Mother Teresa has a nice tone to it.

Mother Teresa’s was a true example of a beloved being in true communion with others. She provided loving and selfless service to the most challenging depictions of human suffering. Hers was the kind of service that deserves worldwide recognition.   Her important work will blossom and be very symbolic for many as time moves forward!

We believe, as we venture forth in this new era, service will evolve dramatically. We are in a new time of community building, of family, of caring and sharing more of what we have and how we give, more than ever before. If we do not begin to think and work from more of a communal mindset, peace cannot exist.

Humanity has come to a crossroad. It’s time to shift the outdated ways that will no longer work. We must do our part to create a better world.

Saint Mother Teresa, thank you for inspiring those who continue your work and those who’ll take the call when the time comes!
